On this day in 2008, I clicked the button to open my Etsy shop.
My original plan was to sell a few pieces that I’d made to earn back the materials costs…
Little did I know what lay ahead!
Since then, I’ve gone from having a regular full-time job, with a little side hobby biz, to:
- having 2 full-time online businesses,
- starting and selling a magazine,
- having a popular lifestyle blog,
- being hired by Etsy to run a course with them,
- teaching thousands of other makers how to grow a thriving, profitable handmade business via Create & Thive (a blog, podcast, YouTube channel, courses, ebooks and membership),
- being fully self-employed for 13 years,
- employing my husband,
- travelling the world,
- waking up every day with the freedom to spend it exactly as I choose.
I am so incredibly happy I made the decision to open that shop.
And today, 15 years later, it’s time to celebrate!
I’m giving away $150 worth of jewellery!
One of my Silver Service subscribers is going to win a voucher worth $150 to spend on Epheriell jewellery of their choice!
The winner will be chosen at random from my subscribers on Wednesday the 25th of October.
HOW TO WIN!
If you’re already a Silver Service subscriber, you’re already in the draw!
If not, you can hit the button below to subscribe and enter… good luck!
I’m running a 15% off sale!
In case you don’t win the giveaway, I don’t want to leave you empty-handed!
So – the day after the giveaway closes I’m going to be running a one day flash sale offering 15% off the whole Epheriell shop as a way to say thank you for your support!
This will be happening on Thursday October 26th, I’ll remind you via email and over on Instagram, so make sure to follow me there if you don’t already!
Finally – Thank You!
If you have supported me or my business in any way, shape or form over the last 15 years… I just want to say thank you.
Thank you to all my customers.
Thank you to anyone who has followed and showed love on my socials.
Thank you to everyone who followed my Epheriell Designs blog back in the day!
Thank you to my friends and family – and most of all – to Nick, who I could not do this without.
Thank you for proving that it IS possible to make a living doing what you love!
