#EpheriellRoadtrip

So what do you do when a friend from Sydney mentions on Facebook that they need a house-sitter for a week in April? Why, you put your hand up and turn it into a road trip!

At least, you do if you are Team Epheriell, with wanderlust nipping at our heels.

Fancy joining us on a roadtrip?

Well, all during April, you can.

Nick and I are hitting the road in our campervan – The Luggage – and taking a working holiday for the whole of April.

We’ll be travelling Brisbane > Sydney > Canberra > Melbourne > Adelaide and home again – making jewellery all along the way! The part of the journey I’m most excited about is the Great Ocean Road from Melbourne to Adelaide – neither of us have travelled it before.

Nick’s sorted out our mobile ‘workbench’ (it is super-clever – made from a sawhorse – I’ll show you during the trip!) and we’re currently finishing off outstanding orders so we can pack up all our tools and equipment, ready for our first stop in Sydney later this week.

We’ll begin with a week house-sitting for our friends north of Sydney, then we’re hitting the road again to visit friends and family.

It’s been a while since we worked on the road, so we’re both looking forward to the challenge – making jewellery beside beaches, in forests, and everywhere in between as we travel the South-East of Australia.

I’ll be sharing our trip daily on the Epheriell Instagram – using the hashtag #EpheriellRoadtrip.

If you have any suggestions for sights we should be sure to check out on the way, make sure to let me know!

I hope you’ll join us for the journey – we’ll be showing off some of the best of Australia as we hit the road as the #TravellingSilversmiths.

P.S. If you order from us while we travel, we’ll include a note with your order letting you know exactly where on our journey your jewellery was made!
