I had a bit of a creative spurt last week when I was preparing for the BrisStyle market.

I was making a stack of Urban Eco Earrings for the market (they’re always my best-seller) and I suddenly got the urge to try some new designs.

An hour or so later, and voila! – I had created 4 new Urban Eco designs.

Like all UE designs, they’re made from 1mm recycled sterling silver wire, and are light as a feather to wear.

I’ll be adding the others later this week, but today I wanted to share two of those designs with you – the Arrow and the Swoop.

I’m glad I photographed them before the market, because the Swoop Earrings got sold! However, I do, of course, have their design and measurements captured in my sketch book, ready to replicate…

It’s funny, sometimes I’ll look at the range and think ‘gosh, surely I’ve made every possible shape I can’… and then something like this happens. I don’t know where my inspiration comes from, but I’m glad my muse whispers in my ear on occasion and helps me breathe fresh life into a classic range.
