If you’re looking for earrings that are unique, sleek, geometric, and modern – not to mention light as a feather and a breeze to wear – then these earrings are just the ticket.
These handmade earrings are two-tone (silver and oxidized silver), in a slightly asymmetric, geometric shape. I hand-form, hammer, and sand these, then dip the bottom in an oxidizing solution to add the charcoal patina.
These earrings hang approximately 4cm / 1/5 inches long, and are made from 1mm/18 gauge wire. This is slightly thicker than ‘regular’ earrings, but should be comfortable for anyone who wears earrings regularly. They come with a pair of clear rubber backs to hold them in place securely.
Please note that the oxidising isn’t completely permanent – it will wear over time to a patina unique to you. Also – the oxidising is not a true black – more a very dark smoky grey. Please be aware that variations in computer monitors may affect the shade you see.
These earrings are made in our solar-powered home studio in Australia from ethically manufactured Sterling silver, (which includes a combination of Australian-mined & recycled silver in the manufacturing process).
